how can I renew my billing if I use a prepaid card ?and another question can I cancel my hobby plan on road (mine is now at 3$) but if I want to renew it early like at 4.5$ and pay another 5$ for a new cycle ?

are you on the automatic payment-based plan? if so, then its all automatic and you don't need to do anything.

if not, you can load credits through your account billing or usage page.
