Most likely yes, the resources hobby plan provide should be enough

Just a heads up though, hobby plan is mainly meant for hobby workloads and its specifically orientated and handled as such. If getting business level support and prioritization is important for your management system then pro plan is likely a better plan for you, but otherwise hobby plan should work fine
