Access Denied when I try to get files from the bucket

I've been experiencing "Access Denied" errors when trying to access files on my bucket for the past few days. No changes were made on my end — it was working fine before and suddenly stopped.

I've double-checked my credentials and configuration, and everything looks the same as when it was working.

Updated:

I fixed it by renewing my subscription, but

If I cancel my Hobby plan, will you guys deny my access to my previous buckets?
What about my remaining time?
Can I no longer switch to the free plan?

When requesting a downgrade, you will maintain access to your current plan until your next billing cycle. During the downgrade process, you'll need to select which plan you want to switch to. As long as your buckets remain within the $1/month free usage limits, you won't have any problems continuing to use them.

In case you want to downgrade (we would be sad to see you go!), you can go to the following link: https://railway.com/workspace/plans and select the free plan.

Hi! First of all, thank you for the reply. I can only see options to upgrade to Pro and Enterprise Custom. There is no option to downgrade to the free plan. "View upgrade Options" does not work either.

I don't know if cancelling a plan is the same as downgrade, if yes, then you can go to the Billing page and cancel the plan from there
