I'm trying to test a very simple website. I receive the message "Your account is on a limited plan and does not have access to code deployments".

that usually happens when railway couldn’t verify your github account, likely due to not enough activity, you would need to upgrade to the hobby plan to get access to code deployments

I just created an account on Railway.app. To allow me to do this, Railway required me to create a GitHub account, so I did.

yes your github account is too new and railway couldnt use it for verification, you would need to upgrade to hobby

no, its 5$ a month, but it comes with 5$ of included usage

The only reason I created an account on Railway was to sign up for a free account. I need free hosting to start working. When I earn something, I will buy paid hosting.
