I changed the environment variable of my postgresql database and now it won't let me connect from anywhere, not even from the app. Please help

Please can you help with my question, I am trying to access my database once I change the POSTGRES_PASSWORD environment variable now it won't let me connect from my server or elsewhere.

You can not change your postgres password by changing that variable, please revert the changes you made to that variable.

How can I reverse them, that option doesn't appear?

Check your activity logs and copy out the old password and replace it.Please stop using code blocks.
