The project you referenced lives under a workspace belonging to a different Railway account, not the one you're writing from, and your role on it is Editor ("can edit"), which is a project-level permission, not full ownership. The second member you see in the list is the project's current Owner. To gain full control (including unrestricted member invitations), the current Owner would need to transfer ownership of the project to you using the Transfer Ownership option in the project's Members settings, or you could ask them to invite the teammates you need directly.

I cannot see the name of the current Owner. There is one other person in my company who thought they may have access after the person transferred ownership had left, but they can't get into Railway at all. Can you tell me who the owner is so I can reach out to them?

Since the project was transferred after someone left your company, the other person visible in the members list is likely someone from your organization who originally created that Railway account. The second user in the account does not have a name, it just says "Everyone in My Projects". How do I get admin access?

To correct our earlier message, that entry does not appear to be a second individual user. Your project still has an Owner, though, and only the Owner can transfer full control to you. Since the project was originally set up by someone at your company who has since left, the path forward is to identify that person internally and have them recover access to their Railway login (through whichever provider they used, such as GitHub or Google) so they can transfer ownership to you from the project's Members settings.

It was transferred from chris do who set up the project but is no longer with the company. I believe he transferred full ownership to Aaron Taylor(ataylor@cubiscan.com). Aaron cannot find any of this information or any way to access. Can you verify if this is true? if it is, I will have Aaron attempt again to gain access, otherwise we need another way to get admin access to me as this is the end of any information he have.

We're not able to confirm or disclose who holds specific roles on the project for privacy reasons. If the colleague you mentioned does have access, the project would appear in their Railway dashboard when they sign in, so having them try each auth provider they may have used (GitHub, Google, or email) is the next step. Railway cannot manually reassign project ownership or promote roles, so this has to be done by whoever currently holds the Owner role on the project through its Members settings.
