Hello Railway Support Team, I accidentally deleted a critical production project named considerate-possibility (Project ID: 88e9f647-d536-4dfb-9f0f-3e4c51befb9f) via the Railway CLI today.
This project contains the live Postgres database and active n8n workflows for a running business (Meta ads and customer interactions), and its sudden deletion has completely broken our operations.
I know the CLI skips the UI trash, but do you still have the internal volume backups from right before the deletion so the Postgres database and services can be urgently restored? We are losing customers every minute it's down. Please advise!

Hey there,
Unfortunately, when a project is deleted via the CLI, it bypasses the trash and the deletion is permanent — we're not able to restore projects or their associated volumes/databases after this point.
We'd recommend re-deploying your services and restoring from any external backups you may have of your Postgres database.
Going forward, enabling regular external backups for your database is the best way to protect against data loss like this.
