Hi Railway Support Team,
I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding an accidental data deletion. I mistakenly performed a "Truncate/Delete" operation on a table in my database, and I do not have a manual backup available in my dashboard.
Here are the details:
Project ID: ee6e190a-a2c9-416f-b47c-587180afc029
Service Name: PostgreSQL
Table Name:
customersTime of Incident: [ระบุเวลาที่กดผิด เช่น 15 minutes ago หรือ 15:45 GMT+7]
I am on the [Hobby/Pro] plan. Is there any possibility that you have an internal snapshot or a disk-level backup from which this table can be restored?
This data is very important to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.
Best regards palmer-77

We don't maintain internal backups or snapshots for data recovery - backup schedules must be configured by users before any data loss occurs. Your truncated data cannot be recovered.
