We don't have a newer snapshot of the Postgres volume, and we don't recover data lost to user-initiated actions like a dropped schema, so there is no way on our side to get back to just before 13:45 CEST today.
The Pre-Security-Patch Backup in the service's Backups tab is the only restore point, a copy of the volume exactly as it was immediately before that patch. These pre-patch snapshots are kept for 30 days, so given its age it may be close to expiring. Restoring a volume backup requires Pro, and on Pro the restore is self-serve.
Going forward, enabling volume backups on your stateful services lets you restore yourself if this happens again.
