Hello,
I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding an accidental deletion of my database.
I mistakenly deleted my production database associated with the following service: eloquent-communication / Postgres / production.
I understand that data recovery might be difficult, but I would like to know if there is any possibility of restoring this database to its previous state or accessing a recent snapshot/backup of this instance. This is a critical issue for my project.
Could you please let me know if any recovery options are available or if there is anything I can do from my side?
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Gabriel Ribeiro

We don't provide data recovery for user-initiated deletions, so a deleted database service cannot be restored from our side unless you had previously configured volume backups on that service yourself. If you did, you can restore from the Backups tab on the service; otherwise there is no recoverable copy.
Going forward, you can enable volume backups on stateful services from the service Settings page so you can self-restore if this happens again.
