Hello Railway team,
I need urgent help recovering a workspace/project that was accidentally deleted today.
What happened
I intended to delete only one OpenClaw project, but after that my Railway account/workspace appears almost empty/reset.
Approximate deletion time
- Date: 2026-03-04
- Time: around 20:45–21:10 (America/Sao_Paulo, GMT-3)
Identifiers (from previous environment)
- Workspace name: simtransforma's Projects

Please check if this workspace/project can be restored (or if any backend recovery path exists), including:

Also critical: my account was previously Pro (paid) and now appears as Free with no cancellation email/notice.
Please urgently verify:
- whether I’m being mapped to a new/empty account profile,
- whether my paid workspace/subscription is still active under another account linkage,
- billing/subscription history and any workspace ownership changes,
- if this was an accidental account switch/migration issue.
I did not request plan cancellation.

It appears you deleted your workspace, not just the project. Deleting a workspace permanently removes all projects, services, volumes, and cancels the associated subscription. This action is irreversible and we are unable to restore it.

I understand your policy about workspace deletion, but I need this escalated for formal review.
This incident caused immediate production outage and financial impact.
I need a full account-level audit, because the outcome includes not only deleted resources but also subscription impact.
Please escalate this case to a senior support/billing reviewer and provide:
- Exact deletion event timeline (UTC), actor, and affected resources
- Confirmation of plan/subscription state transitions (Pro → Free), with timestamps
- Billing audit for this cycle and whether any charges remain associated with deleted resources
- Any available exception path (snapshot retention, internal recovery window, metadata recovery, or partial restore options)
- If restore is truly impossible, provide:
- formal written confirmation of irrecoverability,
- data retention/deletion log reference,
- billing remediation options (credit/pro-rata where applicable)
I acknowledge I performed the delete action, but I am requesting an escalation due to the scale of impact and account/billing consequences.
This is business-critical.
