If the dashboard was showing "Removed," that refers to a deployment being torn down, not the service itself. You can trigger a new deploy from the service page at any time if needed.

Just to confirm it says service will be deleted and I am unable to click it open except for right clicking. Yesterday accidently we hit delete under the settings. Please confirm if this does not need any intervention. Thanks

The "Service will be deleted" message means the deletion is currently a staged change waiting to be applied. You can cancel it by clicking "Details" on the staged changes banner at the bottom of your project canvas, then discarding the deletion change by clicking the "x" next to it.

The staged changes banner appears at the very bottom of the project canvas (the main view showing all your service tiles), not inside the service's settings. If you don't see a banner there, the deletion change may have already been discarded or was never committed, meaning your service is safe and no action is needed.
