Hi, I need urgent help. At approximately 12:30 PM (America/Sao_Paulo, UTC-3) on Sept 29, 2026, I ran prisma migrate dev against my production PostgreSQL database (service on this project), and it detected schema drift and reset the entire public schema, wiping all data and recreating empty tables from migration history.
My plan does not include backups/PITR, so I have no restore point in the dashboard. I understand this is a long shot, but is there any way for your infrastructure team to recover data from a storage-level snapshot or volume snapshot taken before 12:30 PM UTC-3 today, even outside the standard backup feature? This happened only minutes ago, so if any short-retention snapshot exists, time is critical.
Project: [cole aqui o nome/URL do seu projeto no Railway]
Database service: Postgres (database name "railway")
Approximate time of the reset: 2026-09-29 15:30 UTC (12:30 PM America/Sao_Paulo)
Any help — even partial recovery — would be enormously appreciated. Thank you.

We don't offer data restoration for user-initiated actions like this. Going forward, upgrading to Pro unlocks native volume backups on your service so it can self-restore if this happens again.
