On Aug 31, 2026 between ~19:30–20:00 UTC, our Postgres database (project ac5378b1-7827-4cac-82e7-09671bdc4ad8, service Postgres, database railway) was accidentally wiped by a local tooling mistake: prisma migrate diff was pointed at the live database as a shadow database, which dropped all tables and data. The volume itself was never deleted, only the tables/rows inside Postgres.
We are on the Hobby plan and had no backups configured (we now know backups are Pro-only). Before we accept the loss and rebuild from scratch: is there any platform-level volume snapshot, disk image, or recovery mechanism available for this volume, even as a paid/one-off service? The data is a small community project's user base and match history and is irreplaceable.
We have not written anything to the database since the incident, in case that helps with any recovery attempt

We don't offer data restoration for user-initiated actions like this. Going forward, upgrading to Pro unlocks native volume backups on your service so it can self-restore if this happens again.
