we are on hobby plan. while upgrading to pro, we accidently purchased pro plan under team ckc instead of upgrading to pro in Gautam. Can you pls transfer that pro from ckc to Gautam ? pls advise how to go about this ? it is urgent, require immediate action.

Pro workspaces are always going to be separate from your personal workspace, that's how Railway works
I'm assuming you would want to move a project over to the Pro workspace, and for that you would have been asked what projects you'd like to move when you upgraded, but if that was missed you can always move your projects over after the fact by going into the projects setting and transferring them.
