Hello Railway Team,

I am facing an issue while trying to access my Railway account associated with the email address records@laborlawpc.com.

Whenever I attempt to log in using the email (magic link) method, I encounter the following error:

Magic RPC Error: [-32603] Internal error: User canceled action

Steps I have already tried:

  • Retried login multiple times using the magic link
  • Opened the link immediately after receiving the email
  • Used different browsers (Chrome/Incognito)
  • Disabled extensions and allowed popups
  • Tried on a different network

Despite these attempts, I am still unable to access my account.

I would appreciate your assistance in:

  • Restoring access to my account, or
  • Advising on how to resolve this login issue

Please let me know if you need any additional verification or details from my side.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards,

Anas

Your account exists and we can confirm it is reachable on our end. The "User canceled action" error from the magic link flow typically occurs when the browser tab where login was initiated is closed or navigated away before the magic link confirmation completes. To work around this, make sure you click the magic link in the same browser where you started the login, and keep the original railway.com tab open and in the foreground until the flow finishes. If that still does not work, try logging in at railway.com/login using GitHub or Google instead of the email magic link, as those use a different authentication flow entirely.

My email (records@laborlawpc.com) is not a Gmail account, so I’m unable to use Google login. Could you guide me on the correct solution?
