Hello Railway Support,
I’m the owner of a Railway project that contains a production MySQL database, but I’m locked out of the account due to the Google sign-in issue (“Too many failed attempts”). Google has already confirmed my appeal was successful, but Railway login remains blocked, and my database is currently paused.
I urgently need help to regain access or to transfer the project/database to a new authentication method/account. I’m ready to verify ownership with any method you require.
Account email (owner): febrerorobinson@gmail.com
Database type: MySQL
DB_HOST: yamabiko.proxy.rlwy.net
DB_PORT: 36885
Last known access: 02/19/2026
Creation date: 01/28/2026
Please advise the fastest path to:
- regain access / change auth method, or
- temporarily unpause the DB for an export, or
- provide a snapshot/backup after verification.
Thank you.
