Dear Railway Support Team,

I am writing to seek assistance with my account subscription status.

I recently renewed my Hobby plan subscription today, April 28, 2026, and have received the payment receipt (Receipt #[2047-6744]) for $5.00. However, my account dashboard is still indicating that I am on a free trial rather than the active Hobby plan.

My previous subscription expired on April 8, and this latest payment was intended to cover the period from April 8 to May 8, 2026.

Could you please look into this and update my account status to reflect the successful renewal? I have included the billing details below for your reference:

- Receipt Number: 2047-6744

- Invoice Number: 4IR3W0DJ-0003

- Date of Payment: April 28, 2026

- Amount Paid: $5.00

Your workspace subscription is currently in an INACTIVE state. The invoice you referenced (4IR3W0DJ-0003) was actually paid on April 8, not April 28. The most recent attempt on April 28 (invoice 4IR3W0DJ-0005) was voided and the payment was canceled, so no charge went through on that date. To reactivate your Hobby plan, please resubscribe from your workspace billing settings at railway.com/account/billing.

While you mentioned that the payment for this invoice was canceled and voided on April 28, I have already been debited for this transaction. The funds have not yet been reversed to my account.

Could you please look into this and provide an update on when I can expect the refund to be processed?

and besides the payment i made for march ended april 8, so i decided to do a renewal today and i am still on a Free plan after i was debited successfully.

To continue using Railway, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan through your workspace's plans page.
