they block all my account and i have all the backup of my project inside, without access i can't recover how i should do? i have this problem for weeks and the support doesnt give me a real solution.

Your workspace's restriction on a paid plan is final and can't be reversed, and we're not able to grant access to services or data on restricted accounts. We understand the data matters to you, but there isn't a path we can offer to retrieve it. Your next step would be to cancel your subscription from your billing settings.
