I was using my services as normal on Friday. As soon as I was billed as normal on my hobby account plan, I went to visit one of my self-hosted instances and it said it no longer existed. I went to log back in to my railway account and it said my account does not exist and I had to create a new one. Now all of self hosted in instances are gone.
Is my account gone forever? If so what could have caused this and is there any way to fix?
I have a tonne of important stuff of there which I've been building for some time. Valuable client work and team projects I've been building out.
I already posted on the website forum and haven't got anything back.
