Account Got Banned

Any team member from Railway, please assist me and help unban my account one last time.

I’ve figured out a solution — I’ve created a new Railway account and will migrate all my projects there. I just need you to lift the ban so I can transfer everything properly.

I really appreciate your support and understanding.

As Brody said in the other thread, Stripe is the one banning you, there's nothing much Railway can do if you fail Stripe's fraud detection.

Have you connected a Slack account before getting banned?

If so, you can just access your slack and see if you can use the support channel there otherwise you will need to wait for a team response

I'm not from the support team but are you able to access http://station.railway.com/ by any chance and create a private thread? I don't know if Railway allows banned accounts to do that.

That is not how this works. Open a help station thread and it will be made private. You can speak with the team there

If you were banned off the pro plan and no longer have access to your slack channel, that is the direction to go.

From your many conversations with Brody here, the ban is on Stripe's side. Stop card testing and the ban should go away eventually. The team cannot override this until Stripe calms down

No, you will have to wait and request an unban later, and refrain from card testing. Use a known good card or risk getting banned again


I am unable to post thread on station.railway because of ban and I am left with only 2 solutions, discord and email. and for email it says it will take 3 business days minimum. Brody unbanned me before I just want to be unbanned once more I have a valid card that I have checked and will use that this time.

Brody can only unban you from Railway, not from Stripe. You will need to wait for Stripe to unban you, then request another Railway unban. Please wait until late tomorrow or Monday.

Stripe is the payment processor. If Brody unbans you now and you attempt to test another card, you will be banned again immediately.


I have made another railway account if you can unban me so that I can transfer my projects there. and how long does it take to get unbanned from stripe. I have a valid card I used it for payment to my other railway account.
