Railways banned my other account aswell and showing it is due to card testing and this time there is only one card. Railway did a transaction and due to low amount in card transaction failed and they banned my account it is a new account atleast try for a second time or send a mail.

i cannot access the railway.com aswell
i got a mail aswell but it was direct ban mail not a payment fail mail

Hey @Wasay Chohan, this isn't the first time you have been banned from Railway for the same reason. Also, please be aware of rule 6 of our #🛂|readme:
Under no circumstances we do not discuss bans or verify appeals on this server. Please use the in product form.
And my account still got banned i should have received a payment failed mail instead i am getting direct ban mail this is wrong isnt it and i totally respect your rules
Right now the same things is happening no customer support no one is responding thats not cool i’ve customers please respond to me

Keep in mind that the Discord is primarily for community support. The 24h SLO for pro users is only for the central station. I'll make an exception and raise this thread since you can't access the central station and make a private thread.

Okay so here’s the thing rn i want go extract my data from db’s like not from all just from 2-3 dbs
If i would do it myself then i had to deploy db again and for that it would ask for card and then my account would get banned again
So is there a way that you can send me the db backup as it is already been made i can give you details of db can you please help me in this issue

I'm sorry but that is not a request we can accommodate, exporting backups is not a service we offer.
