I already had an account on Railway with Hobby plan, I already also have two projects running on it on a workspace.
A while ago it was buggy to log-in and tried to login with email, instead it created new account.
I went to GitHub and revoked app and tokens, still had same error about Github login fail.
Now randomly it works to login, but on completely erased account being unable to access my projects.

You've accidentally created a second account. The account you're currently logged into is brand new with no projects or billing history—your original Hobby account with the two running projects still exists under a different login.
To recover access to your original account, I need to know the email address associated with it. This is likely the email linked to your GitHub account. Can you confirm that email address? Once we have it, we can help you regain access to your original workspace and projects.

I've changed my email before on GitHub from [domain]@protonmail.com to [domain]@pm.me. If that the reason.

Can you try signing in with email at railway.com using the protonmail.com address (assuming it still works)? Then you should be able to add the new address to that project.
Let us know if that doesn't work.
