Hi! I accidentally triggered rate limiting by running railway variables set in a loop (~500 requests) instead of using batch API.

It's been 4+ hours and I'm still locked out — CLI, API, and web dashboard all return "You are being ratelimited."

Could you please help reset my rate limit? I need to manage production services.
