Hi Railway team,
I need help recovering dashboard access to my original Railway account.
I have an existing production project named archlog (Project ID: f49ac9d0-3761-48f2-8b87-4fa582e5b661).
I can still access the original account through the Railway CLI, so I can verify ownership and access the project. However, I cannot access the original account through the web dashboard.
I accidentally created a second Railway account using Google. I can access that account through the dashboard, but it does not have access to the original archlog project.
I have already verified that the production project and database are healthy.
I need help either:
1.restoring dashboard access to the original account, or
2.adding my reachable account as a project member.
I can provide additional account identifiers privately if required for ownership verification.
Thanks!

Railway authenticates through external providers, and we cannot change which identity an account logs in with, merge accounts, or add members to a project on another account on your behalf. This is a security boundary that protects account ownership rather than a policy we can override with proof.
The two paths back to your original account's dashboard are: recover access to whichever provider (GitHub, email, or Google) is linked to that original account through that provider's own recovery process, or sign in with a different method that is already linked to it. If the original account was created with GitHub and you still have that GitHub account, signing in with GitHub should reach it and its projects. Your CLI session confirms the account and project still exist, so once you reach the right login identity the dashboard will show them.

Thanks. I understand the authentication limitation.
My issue is that I can still authenticate to the original project through the Railway CLI, but I cannot access that same project through the web dashboard.
I would like help from a Railway team member determining the supported recovery path for restoring dashboard access to the existing project.
I can provide any account or ownership information required through an appropriate private channel.
Thanks.

The answer here is the same whether it comes from our automated system or a team member: CLI access and dashboard access both use the same underlying account, but we cannot transfer, merge, or grant dashboard access to a project on one account from another. This is a security boundary we hold for every account, and no ownership proof changes the outcome. The path forward is signing in to the dashboard with whatever provider (GitHub, email, or Google) is linked to the original account, or recovering that provider's credentials on the provider's side if they have been lost.
