I got my account restricted because of the trial period. I was told to upgrade to hobby but when I did the account still showed as restricted and cannot do anything on the project and is not live anymore. I have a deadline to meet and was going to move to a different provider but the DB is also down and cannot get the data out.
Please help me get passed this.
