Hi Railway team,
My project has been stuck behind the "Verify your account" gate for a while and I've completed both suggested unlock paths, but the gate hasn't cleared:
- Installed the Railway GitHub App and explicitly granted it access to my repo (confirmed on GitHub's own installation settings page that the repo is listed under "Repository access").
- Added a payment method (card ending 9530) and authorized the ~$1 verification charge.
Despite both of these, two things are still broken:
- The project's "Connect Repo" service source picker shows "No repositories found" even though the GitHub App has repo access.

- The account Tokens page still shows "Verify your account" and blocks creating a project token.
I've tried reloading, re-navigating, waiting through a platform incident banner that has since cleared, and re-confirming the GitHub App installation - no change. Could someone manually check/sync my account's verification status and GitHub App connection? Happy to provide the project ID or any other details needed.

Your account's verification status is determined automatically based on GitHub account signals, and it is not something that can be granted or synced manually. Adding a payment method does not affect verification. If your GitHub account does not meet the automated criteria, the account remains on the Limited Trial, which is why the "Verify your account" gate persists on the Tokens page. Upgrading to the Hobby plan ($5/month) bypasses verification entirely and unlocks the full experience.
For the "No repositories found" issue, try clicking Add, then GitHub Repository, then Refresh in your project canvas to force a cache refresh. If that does not work, disconnect and reconnect the repository in the service settings, or uninstall and reinstall the Railway GitHub App and wait a few minutes for caches to update.
