I recently had my account banned for suspected scraping, and I've already reached out to support via email with a full explanation.

I wanted to post here not to argue my case publicly, but to ask if anyone has been through a similar situation and has any advice on the appeals process, timelines, what information helped, etc.

I've taken full responsibility for that in my appeal. I'm not looking to bypass the process, just hoping to understand it better and make sure my appeal has the best chance of being reviewed fairly.

Any guidance from the community or the team would be appreciated. Happy to provide more context if needed.
