Thanks for replying. Where on Railway do I get the IP address that I need to enter in my domain's DNS (HostGator)?

Railway only supports the use of CNAME records. If your DNS provider doesn't support CNAME flattening (using CNAME records on root records), I'd recommend migrating to Cloudflare's DNS service.
