Definitely related to the ongoing incident, not much can do but try another deployment.

Unfortunately this is related to the incident, we have a fix currently rolling out but being extra careful about the rollout. We'll keep you updated.

You may have been unlucky and landed on one of the few host the fix hasn't yet rolled out to, try a redeploy.

Yeah I've been trying redeploys periodically, no luck.
