How long does it takes to response?

SSL certificates for custom domains are free. We issue and renew a Let's Encrypt certificate automatically once the domain is set up, and you can't upload an external certificate.

That domain hasn't been added to a Railway service yet. To add it, open your service's Settings, click + Custom Domain in the Public Networking section, and enter the domain. We'll then show you a CNAME record and a TXT record. Create both at your DNS provider exactly as shown, because the domain won't verify with only one of them.

After both records are in place, the certificate is usually issued within an hour. In some cases it can take up to 72 hours while DNS propagates. More details are in the custom domains docs.

Where do I Find service sittings

Open your project in the Railway dashboard, click the service card for your website on the project canvas, then select the Settings tab at the top of the panel that opens.

In Settings, scroll to Networking → Public Networking and click + Custom Domain to add your domain. More detail is in the Public Networking docs.
