added "railway-gh-verify" repo but still cannot connect

I am still getting:
"This GitHub account has previously been connected to a different Railway account. Please use that account or delete it in order to use this GitHub account with the current Railway account."

I have a paid account (at both github and Railway)

I have revoked, I have deleted, I have changed email addresses... everything. And it still seems to not let me authorize

Only for Pro, so this is well within SLA. What happens if you attempted to log in via GH?
