i want to update wrong region, but agent set me new one, at now i have set two and not able to deploy,
Your plan can only deploy to a single region. Please upgrade to Pro to deploy to multiple regions.
- but that wasnt done by me and i want only update the first one

You can fix this by going to your service's Settings tab and looking for the "Regions" field under the "Scale" section. Deselect the extra region so that only the one you want remains selected, then redeploy. The Hobby plan supports a single region per service, so once you have only one selected, deployments will work again.
