I’m having an issue with the AI Agent node. When using the chat as a trigger, it keeps loading indefinitely and doesn’t do anything. The problem started after I updated n8n to version 1.119.1. In that version, even the trigger didn’t work — I would type a message and send it, but it wouldn’t appear as input in the trigger. I then rolled back to version 1.118.2, and the trigger started working again. However, when I connect it to the AI Agent node, it stops working again and keeps loading forever. I’ll attach the screenshots below — all of them will be from version 1.118.2.

This run I’m sending next used the output data from when I ran only the trigger, without the agent connected yet—notice that even with an input present, it still doesn’t work.

Now, after clearing the data and sending “oi” ("Hi" in portuguese) again, it keeps loading forever and shows that message above the trigger saying “waiting for you to submit the chat,” as if I hadn’t sent the message.

So since no input comes through, the agent doesn’t work either.

I tried creating a new project on Railway and installing the same N8N template; I built the same flow and it worked normally. So I believe there’s some conflict in the old project, and I’d like it resolved so I don’t have to reconfigure all the flows in the new project.
