Your "dominion" service currently has no source (GitHub repo or image) connected, which would cause the code snapshot step to fail on every deploy. You can verify and reconnect your repository in your service's Settings page under the Source section. If the repo is connected and this persists, a very large repository with many files can also cause this step to time out.
