environment production) has failed since ~06:05 PT 2026-05-14 with:

All 12+ consecutive failures are on builder builder-wkkdbn, dying at the

snapshot-target-unpack / uploading snapshot step — BEFORE nixpacks/BuildKit

runs (no "load build definition" vertex ever appears).

Confirmed NOT a code/config issue:

- Last successful deploy (b4a77c43, 2026-05-13 21:22 PT) contains all

current code; commits since are queued/undeployed.

- A fresh commit (new snapshot hash) fails identically.

- railway up CLI (different upload path) fails identically.

- Isolated single deploys fail alone.

- Railway's own dashboard Diagnosis panel labeled this an "Infrastructure

Error... not caused by any code or configuration change."

- Another project (rare-reprieve / autocar-server) reported the identical

error on the SAME builder builder-wkkdbn ~3h ago.
