All deployments are removed

Our platform is down we have PostgreSQL, Redis , and 2 backhands services all are removed with no error message only "No deploy for this service"? our subscription
is payed, any ideas why this is happened?

Did you previously run out of credits?

one time last month but we payed before they pause our services, this month we payed on time

Okay then you can go into each service and redeploy via a deployment's 3-dot menu, you may need to look inside of the history drop down for your deployments.

This is happening because of non-payment of the last month's bill ?
