All deployments failed and show as "removed" - catatonit error

Project: lbr-game (railway.app)
Problem: Cannot deploy - all deployments show as "removed" in dashboard
Error logs from deployment attempts:
- npm error path /app, npm error command failed (SIGTERM)
- ERROR (catatonit:2): failed to exec pid1: No such file or directory
Details:
- Starter plan ($5/month) - payment confirmed
- GitHub repo is connected and up to date (commit 6982d4c)
- Deployments tab shows all history as "removed"
- Website still running old code from 7+ hours ago
- Railway dashboard sometimes shows "Project usage unavailable"
Please investigate why deployments are failing at container startup.
