Several hours ago, all of my services suddenly lost their deployments—each now shows “No deploys for this service,” with one referencing a failed deployment from two months ago. This doesn’t reflect the actual state, as the Activity log shows recent successful deployments. I’m now unable to access the database or any previously deployed services.

Hello,
Your Trial credits ran out, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan in order to continue using the platform -

Thanks for the quick response! It says that I still have credits. Is that not correct?

just need to redeploy the image. the data is still there. it happened to me as well.
Before doing that. test it by duplicate the database into a new separate instance. The new instance will be empty. deploy the image. create a table, remove the deployment and deploy it again. you will see the data is still there.
Do it at your own risk. It worked for me, but it doesn't mean it will 100% work for you

I realize this was marked as resolved, but my follow-up question wasn’t addressed. The trial balance didn’t show that I was out of credits, and there was nothing in the interface indicating that my deployments were lost because of this. Can you confirm whether the issue was indeed caused by exceeding trial credits, even though it wasn’t reflected in the UI? Honestly, it’s a bit concerning that services can disappear without any clear explanation.

Heya, we're not aware of any issues with the reflection of trial credits. I'm also unable to check your trial credits as you've moved to the hobby plan.
Best,
Nico

Hey, I just ran into the same issue. My account shows I have Trial balance, but my deployments all abruptly are stopping.

Hey carbon, trial credits expire after 30 days. I think that you'll need to upgrade to the Hobby plan to continue deploying your services.

Got it — is that due to the new trial/free plan rollout? I’ve had the same services running for a few months. Happy to upgrade, but this feels more like a bug since the credits are shown.

This is is a change we made a few weeks back (rolling trial credits for years is kind of not awesome). Free plan is coming (soon).
I think this particular popup might be a UI bug you're right. Let me see if we can investigate that one.
