They do seem to be building once t hey have been queued for an hour, they finally go.

Nothing was stuck on our side. Your workspace's plan runs up to 10 builds at once, and around 30 services were deployed at the same time, so the rest waited in the queue for a build slot. That's why they started moving on their own. Everything since late last night has been building within a minute or two.

For future big pushes, deploying in smaller batches will keep queue time down.

Hi Sam, not sure if a UI issue, but I checked across both staging + production environments for a good 30 minutes and nothing was building, certainly not 10 simultaneous builds. I did cancel via the UI probably over 100 queued builds in the preceding 20 minutes. Is it possible there are builds happening I can't see for some reason? As you say, it's all good now. Cancelled builds can briefly hold a concurrency slot while the cancellation processes, so with ~100 rapid cancellations it's possible the queue was cycling through cancellation cleanup rather than picking up new builds for that window. All builds should always be visible in the UI, but the status may not have reflected the behind-the-scenes slot churn in real time. Glad it's sorted now.
