Your workspace is active and all invoices are paid, so billing is not the issue. However, all your services show their latest deployments in a REMOVED state (dating back to late December 2025 / early January 2026). You can trigger new deployments by opening each service, clicking the three dots on a previous deployment, and selecting "Redeploy", or by using the Command Palette (Cmd/Ctrl+K) and choosing "Deploy Latest Commit" to deploy from your linked GitHub repo.

This does not solve the issue.
The statement that all latest deployments are in a REMOVED state is exactly the problem I need Railway to investigate.
These services were not inactive or intentionally removed. They were fully functional and healthy until Wednesday, serving production workloads under my project/workspace setup. I had multiple production-grade services running under my ctechprojects / related workspace setup, and they have now suddenly disappeared from the dashboard and CLI.
Please do not treat this as a normal redeploy-from-GitHub issue. A simple redeploy does not restore the full production state, because the missing setup included service metadata, environment variables, domains, deployment history, service configuration, networking, and linked runtime state. Recreating this manually could take days and risks breaking customer-facing systems.
Please escalate this to a human engineer and check internally:
- Why were the latest deployments marked REMOVED?
- Was this caused by a Railway incident, automated cleanup, workspace migration, metadata corruption, or project detachment?
- Are my missing projects/services still present internally but detached from my visible workspace?
- Can Railway restore the projects/services to their previous healthy state rather than asking me to recreate them?
- Can you recover the environment variables, custom domains, service settings, deployment history, and project associations?
- Are there internal project/service IDs linked to my account that are no longer visible in the UI/CLI?
- Please place all related resources under retention and do not garbage collect anything while this is investigated.
Account email: stealthgodd@gmail.com
Visible workspace: stealthg0dd's Projects
CLI currently only shows: Neufindsgn, neufin-backend, neufini2
Missing production setup: multiple services/projects that were live and healthy until Wednesday, including ctechprojects-related deployments.
Please escalate this urgently. Customers are already affected, and the dashboard/CLI no longer shows the production deployments that were previously live.

Your Hobby subscription was cancelled on January 30, 2026 due to non-payment, and your services were stopped around that time. There was no active subscription on this workspace from January 30 until you resubscribed today (May 21). This is why all deployments show as REMOVED.
The good news is that your services, environment variables, custom domains, and all service configuration are still intact. Nothing was deleted. Only the running deployments were torn down when the subscription lapsed. A redeploy of each service will restore them to their previous state using the existing configuration.
Regarding the "ctechprojects" workspace you mentioned, your account only has one workspace ("stealthg0dd's Projects") containing three projects: Neufindsgn, neufini2, and neufin-backend. No other projects or workspaces are associated with your account.
To restore your services, open each service and use the Command Palette (Cmd/Ctrl+K) to select "Deploy Latest Commit" from your linked GitHub repo. Your env vars, domains, and settings will carry over automatically. More details here: https://docs.railway.com/reference/pricing/faqs#my-services-were-stopped-what-do-i-do
