Hey there,

I got an email that my limit is reached a few hours ago. but my limit is not reached. Since then, all my services go constantly offline.

Can you please check what's going on?

Thanks

Olli

Your services were taken offline because your compute usage hit the hard limit you have configured on your workspace. To bring them back, go to your workspace usage page, click "Update limits", and either raise or remove the compute hard limit. Once the new limit is above your current usage, your services will automatically redeploy.

You're right, your usage never hit the limit. An internal counter on our side that tracks usage against your hard limit had drifted out of sync and read just over $10, so the system kept taking your services offline even though your real usage is only $2.80. We've reset it, so the shutdowns will stop.

Your services won't restart on their own though. Please redeploy them once and they'll stay up. Sorry for the trouble here.
