## Issue
All new deployments across multiple services are stuck at the "Initializing" phase and never progress to building. This has been ongoing for approximately 24 hours (since ~March 24, 2026).
## Details
- Region: Southeast Asia (asia-southeast1 / Singapore)
- Duration: ~24 hours and counting
- Scope: Multiple services in the same project are all experiencing the same issue
## What I've observed
- I received an incident notification from Railway about this issue earlier, but it appears to have been removed from the status page
- The status page currently shows "All systems operational" for Southeast Asia, but the problem persists
- Existing running services are unaffected — only new deployments are stuck
## Expected behavior
Deployments should proceed from Initializing → Building → Deploying within a few minutes.
Is anyone else experiencing this in the Singapore region?

This issue has now persisted for over 24 hours. All new deployments in the Southeast Asia (Singapore) region are still stuck at "Initializing" with no progress.
I noticed Railway posted an incident notification earlier but it appears to have been removed. The status page shows "All systems operational" which does not reflect the actual situation.
This is a production environment. Being unable to deploy any updates for 24+ hours is a critical issue. Could someone from the Railway team please look into this?
