Hi!
All my projects are suddenly gone when i logged in this morning. My plan seems to be reverted back to a Trail plan (was Hobby) and none of my projects are listed in the Dashboard. I've paid my subscription yesterday, same as I've done for the past two years or so.
My web application is still running though, and the database seems to be running normally as well.
What could have happened? I have been deploying via GitHub on a daily basis for the past few weeks or so, and I have never missed a payment.

have you recently changed the email address with either your github or railway account?
I log in with SSO/GitHub to my account, and nothing is displayed. When I ran "railway open" from my IDE, it opened my Dashbaord/project as expected
but when I go to billing, the payment history is gone and it seems like I'm in as fresh account

gotcha, we have identified the issue, rest assured nothing is deleted, we are working on getting it back now

Hi, this should be fixed now, but I cant confirm without more details on your account, could you point me to a project id, or something like that so I can ensure your workspace has been fixed?
