Hello Railway team,
I cannot access the web console for any service in my project. Every console displays “WebSocket connection failed” and remains disconnected. Clicking Reconnect does not resolve the issue.
Direct SSH to ssh.railway.com (66.33.22.3) on port 22 also times out before authentication. The issue persists after switching to a different network, including a 5G hotspot.
Environment:
- Windows / PowerShell
- Railway CLI: 5.52.0
- OpenSSH for Windows: 9.5p2
SSH diagnostic output:
debug1: Connecting to ssh.railway.com [66.33.22.3] port 22.
debug1: connect to address 66.33.22.3 port 22: Connection timed out
ssh: connect to host ssh.railway.com port 22: Connection timed out
Additional observations:
- TCP connectivity to backboard.railway.com on port 443 succeeds.
- The dashboard browser console also reports “Minified React error #421”.
- I can view the database through the dashboard on my phone, but cannot access the terminal console.
I need terminal access to inspect files in the running container. Could you please investigate console connectivity and SSH access to the service instances?

Are the affected services healthy and active? Also, have you tried redeploying the services ? You can also try to browse volume files using the command railway volume browse /
