I deployed a new service and saw that it was deployed successfully but I wasn't able to access.

Then I checked my other services and i saw all of them are down.

These services are my personal projects services that has negligible api request and my billing is not above 1$.

I am not able to understand why all of them are down and I have not even been informed about it, because i don't think railway is down.
