All services offline for no reason

Unfortunately, I'm currently unable to open support threads on your behalf due to a system limitation. You'll need to open one directly at station.railway.com.

When you do, include:

Project ID: 5be56683-2ad3-4519-8774-78750b12d5eb

Environment ID: b98a0f8d-6eab-4a13-a712-51c1c7be1213

Timeline: Services were running and healthy a few hours ago. No deployments, configuration changes, or manual actions taken. All 6 services now offline with deployments showing REMOVED status.

The metrics anomaly: 3-hour view shows historical data; 30-minute view shows nothing — indicating a hard cutoff within the last 30-60 minutes.

Services affected: web, jobs-worker, cleanup-worker, detect-worker, image-worker, Postgres

This is clearly a platform-level event that requires support's infrastructure logs to diagnose. They'll be able to see what triggered the simultaneous removal of all deployments.

Your workspace's compute usage reached its $20 hard limit, which automatically stops all deployments across the workspace. To bring your services back online, raise the hard limit at your workspace usage page by clicking "Update limits," then redeploy your services.
