Hello, are there any plans to allow more bots to open PR environments. Ideally users would be able to configure an allowlist that enables any arbitrary bot specified by the user to open PR environments.

Issue: I'm currently using Amazon Q Developer Github App, however I have to manually close and reopen Github PRs so that railway recognizes the PR was created by a trusted user. Currently Railway 'Bot PR Environments' feature only supports Dependabot and Renovate.

This PR was not deployed automatically as @Amazon-Q-Developer[bot] does not have access to the Railway project.

In order to get automatic PR deploys, please add @Amazon-Q-Developer[bot] to your team on Railway.

Workaround:
I have to 'close' then 'reopen' any PR created by AWS Q Deveoper. Not a huge deal but the agent should be able to create it's own PR environment just like any other developer.
