I just received an email with subject, "Usage Limit Alert" - which is nice - but I'm wondering if I can have a copy of sent to another email address so the message is not sent to my personal email but another that is seen by more of our company.

Usage limit alert emails are sent to the account owner's email and there is no built-in option to send them to an additional address. As an alternative, you can set up project webhooks to forward alerts to a Slack channel or Discord channel where your team can see them, or to a custom endpoint that re-sends the notification to a shared email/distribution list.

Ok, I may just change the email associated with my account to work around, thanks. Out of curiosity, is this what role based access is for in the enterprise plan? Or do alerts still get sent only to account owners?

Enterprise's Environment RBAC controls who can view or modify restricted environments, but it does not change how usage alert emails are routed. Those alerts are tied to the workspace and go to the account owner's email regardless of plan. For distributing alerts to your team, project webhooks with Slack, Discord, or a custom endpoint that forwards to a distribution list would be the most straightforward approach.
