Am I charged twice if I have two workspaces?

I currently have one workspace and a Pro subscription. When I try to add another workspace it shows the Pro billing again, so I'm wondering if I add another workspace will I be charged an additional $20 per month?

Yep! Each workspace has a plan, and is charged individually.
